Ari worked for several years at Clayton Utz before joining the Western Australian Bar. He was later appointed In-house Counsel with the Australian Government Solicitor, where he regularly appeared in Federal courts and tribunals. He spent five years as senior advisor to the Attorney-General of Vanuatu, during which time, he was instrumental in several important reforms, including liberalisation of the telecommunications and energy markets. Ari practices widely throughout the Pacific, advising governments, regulators, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank on infrastructure projects and regulation. He is a very experienced litigator and an innovative commercial lawyer.

Nadav is an Adjunct Fellow at the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre, Victoria University and a former lecturer in property law. He handles many complex state, federal and international disputes and has particular interests in consular law and the application of religious and cultural dispute resolution frameworks. Nadav has served as the Policy and Economic Advisor at the Embassy of Israel. His doctoral thesis was on the development and application of dispute resolution techniques to international territorial disputes. He is a popular and engaging teacher and facilitator, and a very thorough and effective lawyer.
